Regular Show I Series I HBO Max, Hulu Plus

An oldie, but a goodie-- I've been rewatching Regular Show.
I've just finished season 3 episode 7, "Slam Dunk", where Mordecai and Rigby compete with Muscle Man and High Five ghost for who can use the computer after Margaret asks Mordecai to make her a website. With the series having eight seasons, one movie, some piloted episodes on YouTube, and a bunch of shorts, I have a long ways to go.
Watching this show as an adult compared to a kid when it first debuted is pretty interesting. It's still a super captivizing show with compellingly crazy plot lines, starting with something simple and blowing it out of proportion by the end of the episode. The nostalgia of watching the show again is a nice touch too.
I'm always a fan of revisiting old media and seeing how it impacts you now, and Regular Show has been a fun, low-stress show to binge. If you were a fan as a kid and or are a fan of animated comedy, I highly recommend watching.

Prey I Film I Hulu

Prey is a brilliant, envigorating, bloody, and one of the best action movies of 2022.
This 18th-century prequel to Predator (1987) follows Naru (Amber Midthunder) a member of the Comanche nation with the ambition to be a hunter, as she does everything she knows to run, fight and outsmart this new, highly-advanced enemy.
The predator series has been floundering for the past 30 years, unable to capture that same spark of the original 1987 film. Prey does what the sequels, spin-offs and reboots could not, a stripped-down return to form following a character that's outgunned and outmatched against and mysterious and bloodthirsty alien hunter.
Clocking in in just over 90mins, Prey is all substance and no fluff, the action is tight and the character moments feel real.
Prey, however, isn't for the squeamish, be prepared for lots of blood. While at times it approaches on gratuitous, the violence drives home the deadliness and viciousness of the Predator.
The most unfortunate part of Prey is its release, a film of this caliber deserves to be watched on the big screen but was regulated to a streaming-only release.
Prey stands perfectly on its own; watching the previous films in aren't necessary to enjoy this film and it serves as a perfect introduction to the series. Prey is a must-watch and available to stream on Hulu

Only Murders in the Building I Series I Hulu

Only Murders in the Building follows three strangers who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one. When a grisly death occurs inside their exclusive Upper West Side apartment building, the trio suspects murder and employs their precise knowledge of true crime to investigate the truth. As they record a podcast of their own to document the case, the three unravel secrets and lies while further learning more about the mysteries of the apartment they all reside.
To be totally honest, I love a good mystery. I especially love one that keeps me interested. Only Murders in the the Building provides both a good murder mystery and some great multi-generational comedy. I really enjoy watching this series with my family and continuously guess what will happen next, though most of the time I end up being wrong (which is a good thing I promise!). If you like true crime stories and need a break (or in my case, can't watch them at night) this is the right series for you!
Only Murders in the Building is available to stream on Hulu.
